Every time I am there he’s doing the job of 3 people! He’s is the best! I drive 45 min to take my car to Honda there because of Jim! He keeps me safe and suggests repairs that are honest, needed and a priority for our 2011 Honda CRV which we just passed on to our daughter!
The team he runs at Honda Goleta/Santa Barabra are very professional and go the extra mile!

I spoke with the manager of your service dept. When I picked up my car it was beyond filthy with leaves and my car was scuffed up from branches. I don't know if you guys need to clean the back area or trim the trees or bushes but there was even tons of leaves and dirt inside my car. I had just washed my car the day before so it was spotless. I purchased my car 3 weeks ago and you want to trust the place you just bought it from not having to worry that someone is going to carelessly handle your car. Please make some chnages in that area.
