I did not get my car serviced at Santa Barbara Honda. I dont even own a Honda. To better excel at customer service, attention to detail must be increased to communicate with your actual customer better. I have asked to have this email corrected several times (including requesting several months ago with Justin). I do not own a 2011 CRV. thanks.

I tried 3 times to contact Honda service dept. to see what work was needed on my car before I made my appt. After the 3rd try, I specifically told the receptionist I had not had my calls returned, and she said she would let them know. I never was called, so I made an appt. On-line. I was upset to learn when I came yesterday that my car needed a major maintenance, not just an oil change. I could not stay for that work yesterday, so I will have to return. I think I should have a recommended maintenance schedule from Honda so I know what to expect, especially if you are not able to answer calls. I have had my car serviced here since I bought it in 2014. Bonnie did give me her number to call next time, so I hope that helps.
