Honda Santa Barbara is a rip off and has only gotten worse with the new ownership! I will never return and I will let people of the community know about my experience today, being told over the phone that I would be charged for a tire rotation fee that was not performed on my car. I was also charged for a “mini service” when all I asked for was a basic simple oil change. This dealership is a rip off, I have several family members with Hondas and we will not be retuning.

The only thing you could improve on is the customer waiting area. The carpet is badly stained and makes the area very uninviting. The table I sat at was unsteady and uncomfortable.

I was kind of shocked that the cause of the emissions light coming on wasn’t a loose gas cap but Brandy explained the issue in a way I could understand and I’m glad it was corrected before my car would not start or fail a smog test (?). I recommend the new SB Honda ownership develop a new strategy for selling/leasing cars. The outdated, unprofessional approach is embarrassing and unappealing.
