I scheduled an appointment to address a recall two weeks in advance. On the day of the service, after my car had been there for hours, I was told that the service department did not have the correct parts and could not address the recall. I appreciate getting a discount in the other work that was done but am really frustrated that I have to bring my car back again to finish the job. This was avoidable.

The hospitality was great. I commonly feel overwhelmed at car shops and feel as if I am not being told the truth about the cost of things but I felt like I was given truthful information. The results are that the battery is dead. AAA came to replace the battery and said it is not faulty. Something is pulling off the battery when the car is totally off.

I mentioned my coupon twice before service, and was assured the $69.99 price would be applied. It was not. It was not worth $4.00 to return after I noticed the discrepancy. I do not blame Bonnie, who is always wonderful, but perhaps the new system which eliminates the separate pay window is less efficient. I noticed custo.ers having to wait while.payments were processed, and as a long time customer, I miss the old system.
