Just to be clear, Bruce was great. He didn’t do anything wrong. But when I booked my appointment, I did tell them that I wanted to replace the compressor in my car and then when I dropped my car off this morning, the part wasn’t even in stock. On top of that, last time I was and I got a soft verbal quote for $1300 parts and labor. Today my quote was going to be over $2000. I called around and got multiple shops quoting this exact same fix right around $1000. I’m not sure what has happened, but this was disappointing as I have been a loyal customer for quite some time.

I am not happy about the new management at Goleta Honda.
I have been a customer since 1994. Usually, the brakes are checked, as part of the Oil and Lube.
Now I need to have rotated tires, to check brakes.
AND PAY. I will go to Ventura, and see if I need new brake pads. You are losing customers.
