This is my second consecutive visit with Andrea as my service advisor. Both times she was extremely professional and helpful. She helped me navigate through the often stressful experience of vehicle repair. Shortly after leaving the dealership she called me to ensure I was completely satisfied with my vehicle services. Great customer service representative!

I like Bonnie and the service was excellent. My only issue is with the time I was told the service was take 60 to 90 minutes. At 90 minutes I went to check my car to see if it was still in the service bay and it hadn’t even gone in yet. I was out of there in 2.5 hours. Next time, a more realistic estimate of the time involved would be appreciated. If I had known it was gonna be 2.5 hours, I wouldn’t have waited at the dealership. This is not the first time I have experienced this. All I ask is that you be accurate with your service estimate time so I can make my plans accordingly.
