The report says my vehicle is not safe to drive because of corrosion on the vehicle sub frame. But I took my vehicle to SB Honda last year for the safety recall due to corrosion on the frame and SB Honda determined that the frame could be repaired. Now the service advisor is saying that no repairs can be done and my vehicle isn’t safe to drive. This should have been addressed with the safety recall work.

Dropping my car off took to too long. I had an appointment at 8 o’clock and didn’t get out of there till 845. The service guy was fine it was just waiting. When I picked up my car, he was efficient about ringing me up and everything and I heard him call to bring my car out but I waited 10 minutes, and then I had to let him know that my car still wasn’t out and I waited another 10 minutes. The woman that came 15 minutes after me got her car before I did. She didn’t have to wait at all. We’ve had good experiences in the past, but unfortunately today was a lot of waiting on my end.
