For whatever reason my car got overlooked and I had to wait for 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation even though I was one of the first customers. Robert was calm extremely apologetic professional and compensated the entire service. That made up for the extreme inconvenience. I could tell that Robert was the liaison between what was going on the the auto shop and with the interactions with tge customer. That is not an easy role to navigate but he did it excellently.

What I was not pleased about was the time it took for my oil change, no tire rotation. Arriving at 7:50, being told it would take 45-60 minutes, it wasn’t until just before 9:30 that I got my car back. I was hoping the early bird would get the quick in and out. I was wrong.
