We had the worst experience we have ever had a SB Honda. I own 2 Honda Pilots and will never return to this facility. We have had great experiences and have never written a bad review, until today. Saturday deserves a bad review. First of all, Robert’s voicemail was full and he never answered his phone when we called, I know they get busy. He confused our requests with another client. Not sure he even ever got to one of the issues I asked him to check bc we were so mad a pickup. Robert called us when our car was finished and said, everything look great. We asked what number was our brakes at, bc we knew they were getting close to replacement, he said, great, they are both at an “8” and have plenty of good life on them. We hung up and my husband and I both looked at each other and decided that the number 8 was odd for the brakes bc we were expecting them to be super close to the end. We pulled up our previous invoice and the numbers were much lower our last service. How do brake numbers go up?We have a screen shot of first report and second report from Saturday) We called back and finally got ahold of him after multiple tries, and he said he would talk to the manager. He called back and asked if we could wait until Monday to have another service tech look at our brakes again. Our appt was at 11:00 and this was around 3:30. We said, no bc we both work on Monday and that’s why we schedule appts on Saturdays. Especially, bc you no longer offer the shuttle. He said he would have someone look at it and we requested a new tech and not the original tech. He said that they were super busy and to have Patience. They called is back and let us know that the breaks were a 6 and 4 (big difference from an 8! When we picked up the car, I asked to speak to thr manager bc I thought this was very sloppy work on the original techs report and worried about the quality of service for the other items on my car. His response, “he is a young mevanic”. Needless to say, we have zero confidence with SB Honda now. If you would like to call me, I am happy to give you more details.
