The work done was good and the service rep was great. I have an issue with the appointment system though. I had a software recall letter tell me the update should only take 15 minutes at the dealer. I made a 7:30 appointment and specified I was going to wait for the vehicle. I got there on time and there were three people in line ahead of me without appointments. They all got their vehicles serviced first and my vehicle wasn’t even looked at until almost 9 am. By the time I got out it was nearly 9:30 am. Shouldn’t people with appointments have priority because if not, what is the point of making an appointment? The system seems flawed when a 15 min software update takes 2 hours of waiting

The service adviser,Bruce, was amazing!!! He really knew how to handle my emergency problem and he handled it ASAP!!
However, trying to get someone on the phone to speak to about my emergency was a nightmare!!! Awful service getting someone to pick up the phone - the phone kept ringing until FINALLY someone picked up then I was transferred to multiple departments where again the phone just kept ringing, or the call got dropped, or it went to voicemail, it was so bad not being able to speak to someone asap with an emergency.
