I could not have been happier with the service that Bonnie provided. In fact I hope to do any further car stuff with her in the future. Bonnie certainly took very good care of me and my car which I greatly appreciate. I was very happy with the service done to my car today.
However, I would like to say I was a bit disappointed that my car was not vacuumed after my oil change. Now, I probably should’ve asked if that could’ve been done and I sadly I did not. the fault lays with me.
In the past when I would go to other oil changing service places they automatically do it so again the fault lies with me for not asking.
But it would’ve been wonderful had my car been vacuumed and maybe even given a car wash? Again things I need to consider in the future by asking when I bring in my car. Again Bonnie could not have been more important wonderful and you’re so lucky to have her.

As always, it was a pleasure working with Bonnie and SB HONDA service team. When I got there I was checked in right away, Bonnie took care to ask me if I had any concerns and she informed me of work that would be performed. She advised that if anything additional came up she would call. Shortly after I had left my vehicle she called to inform me that I needed new tires.
