Bruce was great, but the technician (Vincent, I believe)had a few errors. I had informed Bruce that I did not need to get an oil change on my major service as one had just been performed. Bruce took a note, butthe tech did it anyway and I was charged for it, so we had to get that fixed from the bill. Secondly, while Bruce went over everything that was performed on the car and went through your check list (tires, lights, etc,) when I drove off neither the oil change indicator had been reset nor were my tires inflated to the proper PSI. I spent close to $1,200(!) on this service and was disappointed these things all happened. Again, I think Bruce handled it well, but it was not what I anticipated with the service.

Spark plugs for my Honda civic hybrid 2013 came out to $52 each which is completely unreasonable. Spark plugs should be around $11. I chose to get the service done at Honda since I trust you and feel safe taking my car here but I feel taken advantage of with this price.

They said my service would take two hours to check if my recalled part needed to be replaced. I sat and waited for two hours, and at the end of it they said they did not start it and needed an additional two hours to do the work, which would hold the car overnight since it was close to closing.This was not possible for my lifestyle, I needed my car hence why I waited. I wasted two hours to be told nothing was done to it and they would need to reschedule my appointment. Bonnie did a great job. It wasn’t her fault. It was the mechanics in charge.

I went for oil change. When I opened the hood 5-6 of the hood seal clips were broken. The rubber seal could not be fastened.
