What I was upset about was finding out that aftermarket lug locks had been installed on my tires and the lock key was missing. I had to make another appointment to remove them, for $225, after I did some investigative research on how or who put those dang things on in the first place.

I received a recall notice, so I made an appointment to bring my car in for service, but then when I showed up I was told that they didn’t have the part and that they needed to order it and I was sent straight back home without getting any service. Then today I got a call saying that they cannot order the part. So not only did I waste my time bringing the car in when you didn’t have the part needed to give me the service that I was called in for, but now I still haven’t had the recall service and I don’t know if it’s safe to keep driving the car. Very frustrating experience overall. And now when I’m trying to submit this feedback that you supposedly want I keep getting a timeout error.

I went to get my oil changed and told him I had a coupon for my oil change. He said you can give it to me after. So waited for my car and then once my car was done showed him my coupon and he said I could not use it. I said well I came to do my oil change with you guys so I could use the coupon. He said he could not use it and I asked once again if they could override it so I could use it. He denied once again. This is why I go to Ventura to get my oil changed as $99 for an oil change is ridiculous and this is why I will never return to do any service with you. I was very disappointed and for him to be rude about it.
