The car I bought did not have the same passenger seat height as when we both test-drove it before the purchase. I tried to get used to it, but We finally took it back because it is unsafe for me to get in and out, and we’re told It was the same as before. and could not be made higher.
That current seat requires me to literally plop down into it while my feet are half way into the car. Then I require help to get out of the car as my legs are quite weak. (And of course, I can’t asee fully out the front window. I am 81 years old, my husband is 84 — he is the principle driver now, since the passenger seat would be even more risky for him.
This is a MAJOR PROBLEM! I don’t know how it happened, but it was NOT this way when I paid $33,000 for it.
Honda, I’d been told, is a very safe brand, with excellently service. I find it unconscionable that your people in Santa Barbara refused to fix this - as part of your warranty or not! They’re saying that it can’t be fixed is shocking. It’s not the same car I paid for, it’s dangerous for the people who bought it, and it’s terrible service.
PLEASE get them to FIX IT - or give me another car!

Bonnie is wonderful. From phone conversations to arriving for my Service appointment at Honda. Since I just purchased 4 new tires she suggested I should have the alignment completed along with my oil change. She is always on top of things with her customers.
