My truck wasn’t ready on time, and the recommended work was not completed by the time the Parts Dept was closed. So I’m required now to bring my truck back another day during my work hours from the Santa Ynez Valley which is super inconvenient. I expected that with an appointment set for the morning that the service should have done on the same day.Not sure why this happened, but it didn’t meet my expectations as a longtime customer.
