(I am sending this again because I think my last response was accidentally deleted.) Bonnie is a great service advisor! She is courteous, conscientious, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She kept me informed about the status of my car. She took the extra effort to contact the Honda insurance company that handled the insurance I bought at the time I purchased the car to see if they would cover one of the problems the car had. She is a wonderful representative for Honda.

I had trouble with my cars navigation system that was beeping constantly as I was on a road trip. I called SB Honda, who advised me to drive in immediately, which I did. The advisor made an appt for me to come back the next day, which I did. Service could not help me then because the issue apparently was no longer occurring and relevant. I wasted two trips out of my way.

Bonnie does a great job. Always! But I was told that the transmission fluid and brake fluid needed changing and a major service done 10,000 miles ago less than one year. I am not convinced these service were done when I paid for the major service last year. Also, the tires pressure was supposed to be checked. When I got into my car the front tires were at 33 each and the rear were at 31. Some much for checking tire pressure. Probably will not return to Santa Barbara Honda.
