I dropped off my car for almost 3 hours and couldn’t get any status when called, and then found out they never even worked on my car. Bonnie blamed me for that by saying it’s because I didn’t give her the green ticket that the check-in guy gave me. I mean really, blame me? I didn’t know I was to give it to her. Why wasn’t my service order in your computer. I give you ZERO stars.

Chuy was very accommodating. He got my car fixed on time so I was able to go on my planned trip. I was very satisfied with his service!
I was unsatisfied with where my car was kept overnight while waiting for the part to be delivered the next day. My car was returned with tree sap and bird droppings! I routinely wipe my car down each morning so I know it was clean when I dropped it off to get repaired.
I would have taken it back to get washed and have the tree sap removed, but I had to leave immediately for my out of town trip.
