Good morning I am not particularly dissatisfied with Brandy. However, I brought my air conditioning malfunctions to you three times since purchasing my Honda from you. I already knew that there was a quiet recall on my air conditioning, but it was never fixed properly. Now there is a formal recall and I’ll have to bring it to you a fourth time, the time out of work and transportation is challenging for me and I wish you had spared me this and fixed my car properly the first or second time.
