You had my car for a WEEK with no progress made towards fixing it. I asked you guys to check brake pads which you did not do and I had no communication or updates. I had to reach out to you first! Since you couldn’t find the problem with my steering either nor offer me a loaner I decided to pick it up. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this location. I will be traveling far away from my house to any other Maserati location than this one for my future needs.

Did not accept the 165 $ coupon I provided from Maserati of Tampa bay . I come all the way from Tampa as I purchased the vehicle from you. Maserati of Tampa is only 1 mile from my place. I may consider doing the service there if it is cheaper for me. Most of the dealership offer the price match. You can see the coupon on their website. Thank you.
