Had to call 4 times to find out the status of my car.
Had new tire put on, but air pressure on all tires were not checked.
No one smiles in your dealership. Unfortunately, this dealership is not a friendly place and no one seems happy in the building. I’ve bought a lot of cars and many dealerships and this is the worst. My best experiences have been ALL the BMW dealerships, they treat their clients kindly and makes them feel important. I will probably go back to BMW
