My vehicle was there to calibrate the sensors after having my windshield replaced. My vehicle was there for two days and the only communication I received from Alfa Romeo was in reply to my inquiries about the status of my vehicle. On the first day, I was told it would be done in the early afternoon and that did not happen. I called, but was sent to voicemail. I drove over to the dealership to find out my vehicle wouldn’t be ready until the next day. The gentleman at the service department told me that he had texted me earlier and I told him I did not receive the text until I was walking into the dealership. Instead of apologizing for the poor communication he said I must have bad cell service. Then when I told him I had to pay for another day of a rental car, he said “your insurance company is paying for it.” My insurance company was not paying for all of it, and that really didn’t matter if they did or not. In the end, I’m still paying for the rental car because I have pay premiums. I expected better service from an Alfa Romeo Maserati dealership. Even the next day my vehicle was not ready until the end of the day which messed up my evening plans. I have a 20,000 miles service scheduled at the end of the month and I have been seriously considering canceling it.
