The service was great. Getting a hold of the service department before and during the service was awful. The communication was awful.

Once in for the service all was quite smooth and professionally done. My only issue was that the recall could not be scheduled on-line which meant having to endure multiple calls without the phone being answered or a call-back. You’re servicing high-end vehicles and the access to service manager should be equally top notch.

Was not completely satisfied. The serviceman Doug was unprofessional and confrontational with me. I don’t think I should pay another diagnostic fee when my car immediately got the check engine light and was unable to start within 30 minutes of my alleged repair. His surliness and indifference to customer satisfaction should be brought to your attention. I was in the market for another Alfa Romeo. I won’t purchase one from your dealership after this unacceptable situation.
