My car came in wya check engine light for a timing chain replacement and associated repairs. It was released to me as service completed and in proper running condition. It has not went two weeks without the check engine light returning and after returning to the dealership continuously I'm stealing dealing with the same issues. After the last time in the dealership for service it's now worst than before. So I'm extremely frustrated with the service to this point.

I was told there would be a $185. Diagnostic Test Fee, when I got ready to move my vehicle, because of the extreme amount, I was going to be charged for an alternator, and battery; I was then told, I would have to pay $430. to get my vehicle released. This was ROBBERY.

I originally brought my vehicle in for its 64K maintenance. When I came in to retrieve my vehicle I was advised of a recommended repair (lower control arm). I told the adviser that I would like to have the repair done, however I needed him to contact my warranty company for approval. He agreed to do so. It took over two weeks for him to get back to me with an answer. I called a manager and he simply referred me back to the adviser. The adviser told me that the warranty company would only cover the alignment and not the parts or labor, which was incorrect. I called the warranty company myself. I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop and my out of pocket costs were significantly lower. This was a terribly disappointing experience!

I arrived at 9:15 am. I was not given any updates or reports about the status of my repair (1). Until 1pm - when I went to the service desk and asked. I was then told - they were waiting on cost of parts. I was then notified at 2:30 they were still waiting on approval from extended warranty - but would proceed with the repair. The repair was done at 4:30 pm. The total cost of the repair $600 - 7 hours- without any regular status updates. In the future - I will make sure I micro manage my own repair process by asking hourly updates.

Yiu “ Henry” Choy provided probably the best experience possible when we’re getting our vehicle repaired ,he was informative,well spoken ,highly educated about the products and parts and problems that my vehicle was experiencing .he kept me informed of the progress they were making, and also reached out to representative from the extended warranty company to make sure everything they found that was deficient was replaced and covered. I have had many vehicles of different manufacturers and had bad experiences at Land Rover facilities before getting vehicles repaired, but Henry by far was the best tech that I have ever had the chance of doing business with ,a great hire for Land Rover orland Park.

I was severely confused the entire time. I was given different totals and ended up paying an entirely different amount. I went in for a taillight and would have liked a headsup during my scheduling that I would be getting an entire car inspection due to a bad turn signal so I didn't have to sit there for 4 hours and still have no fixed light.
