My car is 9 years old with 38,000 miles on it. My car is very well taken care of. The experience at your dealership was awful! The simple fact that a standard oil change was not done properly,almost cost me my engine. You should have people working on cars that know what they are doing. I now need to take my car to get the engine cleaned because oil is all over it from when the gasket blew and also leaking out of the bottom. All because one of your employees did not know what they were doing and did not replace the double gasket properly. Please let me know how you intend to reimburse me for the detail/engine cleaning? Would you like an estimate and cut me a check? This will not be coming out of my pocket for your dealerships errors.
