Ismaeel was amazing but the service took entirely too long. 4 hours for an oil change is simply ridiculous. When I left I noticed that my oil change sticker wasn’t updated on my windshield, which has never happened so I’m hoping that today was just a one time thing.

I came in today Friday, 10/6/23 for the Anti-Theft Software Upgrade. Now my remote start does not work. I’m EXTREMELY VERY upset with this matter because when I called and made my appointment to have this done, I told the girl that I have a separate fab (component) for my remote start and I asked the **** the phone if I would have any issues or anything when I have this done and she said NO. I brought my car in today and I told the guy that came to my car at services department and his name was Michael Cooksey that I have a separate Fab (component) for my remote start TWICE. He told me he didn’t hear me say this, I told him TWICE. When my car was done, Michael Cooksey and I went to my car to make sure there were no issues with my remote start and then to find out an alarm went off and my remote start didn’t work. So then I went and spoke to the manager of the service department, her name is Amanda Martinez and talked to her about the issue that I now have. She told me I shouldn’t of had any issues because this upgrade was suppose work with my remote. She gave me the number to call and talk to corporate which I did call today. I paid for a remote start and now I don’t have one and it’s going to be getting cold and winter is coming very soon and I’m **** out of luck now when I need it. That’s the purpose why I bought this remote start for my car from KIA. I feel I should be given a new remote start free before winter since I purchased one from KIA in the beginning. I’m very very disappointed, frustrated, angry and not happy at all.
