Jackie was great. But u would think Kia auto parts department would have Kia recalled items in stock. If I didn’t have a new car. I couldn’t let Kia keep it for a week. And that is why it took me so long to bring car in since I know the service department doesn’t have parts for their own cars.

If Joey was the person that took my information initially when I walked in, then I’ll have to say that he and the other employee at the counter across from him were a bit cranky when I arrived, I even looked at the manager in the office with a look that said, “Help”..but he didn’t notice my discomfort, I guess. Later in the day, when Mr. Hernandez called me, he was much friendlier. The young man that greeted me as I stepped out of my car was so very kind and gentle, I explained that the windows should not be rolled down, because I just had the them tinted the day before He let me know that he would be the one working on my car, and he assured me that everything would be OK with the windows . Thanks for the follow up Kia!
