Hi,
I was at a dealership for a recall , a guy said we don’t have the first recall but we have the second one which is a coil springs and I said ok , he said you have to call for an appointment so I did I called when I’m there and I got two weeks in advance but when I went there he said you have to drop the car for tomorrow and I said fine but when I came to pickup the car Nothing has been done claimed we don’t have it for now. But he should have told that in the beginning. I was very frustrated and and disappointed. A guy has some attitude

first, they asked if I wanted car wash, I said sure, ticket shows it but never done. next, no warning about the fumes that undercoating would produce. upon entering garage this morning I was overwhelmed by odor. put car outside this morning and leaving out over night.
