I believe there is still an issue with my car. Especially when I drive on the highway. I did take it back the same day of service but I was told that my car is fine and nothing was wrong with it. The alignment did help somewhat but I still feel a pull.

I came in and requested an oil change, tire rotation, and recall inspection. Without my awareness the dealership included air filter replacements which increased my overall costs above $100. Ultimately I should have checked the documentation more closely, but this practice leaves me with the impression this dealership is purely seeking to squeeze out profits from consumers. I will be sure to share my experience with others as I’m loyal to KIA but not this type of practice.

Sebastian was so good. He answered everyone of my questions I had about my car. He explained the difference between full synthetic and blended. He took my after summary report and explain everything on my printout copy. He explained that I wasn’t getting my car washed or even vacuum because your policy is not to on rainy days. I did ask him if I could get the Porter to clean the inside of my windshiel and he made that happen. Hard to believe how happy that made me. Sebastian is a keeper.

Service reminder on car not rest so still states that I am overdue for service Everytime I start the car...car was "washed" but there was still bird poop on the car when I left the service center. Also, not pleased with the fact that I still have not heard of any update to the anti theft update I received as it relates to my remote start. I was told when I took it in for the update I was told by the rep that I probably wouldn't be able to use my remote start with the update as they already had multiple complaints from customers. He said Kia was aware and was working on a solution for the vehicles with remote start...have not heard anything about this which is frustrating considering I paid for remote start when I bought the car
