Jeffrey was GREAT. The mechanic took twice as long as promised to change a tire and do an oil change. I AM grateful that they noticed a puncture in another tire, but I’m thinking that there was a very long time between when the oil change happened and the first tire was replaced.

Daphne’s had me wait for 25-30 minutes outside. I was waiting to be checked in. Eventually I went in and req another employee. Then , after 2 hour of waiting, asked status of my car. It seems the concerned person had gone to lunch and my car was already ready and waiting! Daphne was very unprofessional and unpleasant. Did not have a pleasant experience and to top it all the service was too expensive!
