Daphne was fine & did her best to accommodate my needs. However, I have been a loyal customer for SEVERAL years on several of our Toyota vehicles. I have never experienced sticker shock at a simple servicing! I think $170+ for rotation of tires & an oil change to be ridiculously overpriced! Unfortunately, I think it is time for me to take my car to other facilities for future servicing.
