A few reason why we are not satisfied. Im sue that the technician did not check my fuses.I had mentioned an issue with my windshield wiper fuse. That wasn't working after I picked it up from service last time.That was not checked, wipers still do not work. Also I know they did not check the alternator function. I feel since those things wer not checked then how do you know that "no fuel" is the actual the cause of the issue???? To my knowledge they checked those things.

I wish the staff would take more care on the customer. Reminding them how long they have to wait constantly checking up on the customer. Not once did they come to me and ask how i was if i needed anything or how much longer my car would take i was there for almost 4 hours.

Service was good but took 2.5hr compared to usual wait of 1hr. Despite having an appointment and arriving on time, a customer who was a walk-up got their vehicle assigned to be serviced before me, thought they arrived in the line after me, and they had complex complaints regarding their vehicle taking on water when washed and other complaints. This seems to reward the walk up and penalize the person who booked an appointment.
This severely disrupted my plans for work for the day and was disappointing.
