My first oil change service there w my new car and would not go back! Had to wait 15 + minutes for someone to approach us when I had an appointment at 1 pm!! Then we had to wait till 3:30 to get the car back, and the employee was somewhat rude with his tone when talking, would not recommend

Had an expectation for a part to be ready for installation because I made an appointment for a recall. Dropped my truck off at 9am and was told it would be done in about 6 hrs so I left only to be told the part wasn’t in stock a few hours later. Waited more hours to verify when the part would be delivered and was told the part would not be delivered until 6-8 week. Overall my experience was horrible.

My suggestion would be to somehow cut down the wait time. My car is rarely ready at the time that I am told the work would be completed. Also, good customer service would require the customer being informed if car is not ready at the time expected. Customer should not have to walk over and check with the agent about the delay.
