My car was diagnose for the wrong reason- and I was told that i needed to pay for a part that cause for the light not to turn ON ”shifter light” .. knew it was a connection or fuse that needed to be replaced. The light is working perfectly and it didn't need the $300.+. I almost waned to complain with the BBB — It was a bad experience- Glen keep saying that my car was old and expect to experience problems with Toyota.. So unprofessional- and that i was not a mechanics ..
