Chris the service manager was a great substitute as Katie, my regular service manager was out. However, he was gone the day I was supposed to pick my car up. There was nobody in charge of my car and I never got a call to tell me my car was done after being held for 3 days. I was very upset when I finally called in the afternoon of the 3rd day. Thankfully the receptionist at the service center helped me find out if my car was done. I am NOT happy about my service with your company if this is what happens!
