I purchased a vehicle two weeks ago. One of the selling points was that the vehicle had been checked for every major and minor issue. Needless to say, I had to bring it in for the air conditioning which was lacking in Freon. I was taken care of with having a loaner vehicle while my car was serviced. However, when picking it up, I was a bit disappointed that the vehicle had not been vacuumed prior to picking up my car. I feel like that would’ve been a very easy and much appreciated gesture.
