Thought I was looking at a very big repair bill which would be disappointing for a Prius that is known for low maintenance, but it was a software problem and covered by the 150,000 mile warranty. Daphne was great but the technician was not. He found a tire pressure malfunction which would cost me an extra $200-$300 to spend if I accepted the repair. He set the tire pressure to 32 PSI which is for stock tires. I have bigger tires installed. (285/70/17). After going to a nearby gas station and putting more air to the tires, the tire pressure warning notification went away.

Jeffrey was fine. However there were scheduling issues, which I brought to the attention of Tim, the service manager. Tim seemed defensive, and said that Jeffrey and other service advisors set their own break schedules, implying that scheduling issues were their fault. My wife and I were both put off by Tim's attitude.
Making matters worse, our service took more than four hours, and we never got text updates after the first text notification.
