I am not appreciative of the facts that it's being reported on my service that my tires were rotated and that I have a spare tire that was checked.
I marked my tires to test if they would be rotated and they were not.
For a first time Toyota care service I would have expected to be serviced properly. This is ridiculous ****.

Amazing customer service. He listened to my concerns, addressed them and even spoke with the manager to get my truck repaired with a small discount which meant alot to me. Definitely going back even though this location isn't close to my house. Its worth it when they care about you!

I had such a great experience working with Jeff at Toyota. I came in with several concerns about my car, and he was incredibly patient, kind, and professional the entire time. He truly listened to everything I had to say and never made me feel dismissed or rushed.
What I appreciated most was that Jeff explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms without making me feel small or uninformed. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, that meant a lot. He made sure I understood what was going on and treated me with complete respect.
Jeff went above and beyond, and I genuinely felt taken seriously throughout the entire process. Toyota is very lucky to have someone like him on their team.
