Glenn was great, frendly, and profesisional. From everyone else, I did not appreciate the constant questions on whether or not I want to trade in my car, especially after I already said "no" to the first person. Why would I want to service a car I am trading in? It makes no sense. This is incredibly rude and annoying. I am aware that a dealership charges more for service, I do not appreciate being bothered on top for unrelated ways to profit off me more. I find it hard to trust buying a car from here in the future.
