This was hands down the best service experience I’ve ever had. Heidi went above and beyond. She really took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. Because of her exceptional service, we chose to purchase the multi service package, and she truly earned our trust and loyalty!!! Definitely going to be Toyota customers for years to come thanks to her.
