Northridge service is not acceptable. There is no honest, respectful service and since the costs are sky high service would have been the only thing that they could offer and it’s very much lacking. No need for call back.

Truck did not receive rotation of tires due to not having lock to perform service. Did not get charged for service for inconvenience but was told manager will call me back to schedule a rotation. I have still have yet to receive a call.
