I waited in the waiting area from 8:00am till 10:15am, to be told only then that my vehicle could not be serviced until 1:30 or 2:00. I could not wait so long, as I was working today and require my vehicle, thus I had to leave without having my vehicle serviced. Over two hours of my time was wasted. This is not the level of service I expect from Toyota.
