Very dissatisfied. I had no visit to your dealership, spoke to 2 separate people mentioning that my truck was not scheduled for service & that I had an issue with your service department at the end of last year as well because someone had improperly inputted that a service was done under my vehicles VIN which led to me not being able to have my vehicle serviced until I jumped through hoops leading to me only being able to have a manager oversee the issue but apparently never actually corrected it. So now I once again have to spend my time attempting to fix your service members mistake and make sure I am able to actually service my truck when needed and contact my insurance to make them aware that the mileage and other information on my vehicle is up to date because of last times issue.

Alex he is a great man to work with,
but when I pick my van I see the tag for change oil still there I feel I don’t get a change oil at all and I go back to Alex and he ask the assistant there and she take the van and change it .
If he remove it it’s should be better but he leaves it , it’s mean a lot he doesn’t care and i hope he reset the change oil.
