The issue was not repaired. It’s the same as before. They kept the car at the dealer for two days and it’s the same as before. Wind noise in the window and rattle in the door.

I came in for a smog check. After an inspection it was determined that my car needed several major repairs. Heidi arranged for a loaner car for the day and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. As promised my car was ready for me by the end of the day.
