Alex informed me of a critical issue with my tires. Because my tires are not standard Toyota could not replace them for me. He suggested that I reach out to other tire centers that may have my tires In stock. His concern solidified why I get my cars serviced at Toyota Northridge. When I went to pick up my vehicle he wanted to make sure that I had an appointment somewhere to replace my tires.y tires were not in grave condition but there was a shorter time period on them.
