Jeffrey was great once he was able to get to me. But, I waited for nearly 20 minutes in my car when I got there as he was busy with his earlier customer. It maybe because I was early for my appointment but there were other service people available that walked by but they said Jeffrey was assigned to my car. Your process needs to improve so that if someone is busy and customers are waiting, others need to step in. I saw many other customers who arrived later than me get serviced ahead of me. I attribute this entirely to your process vs Jeffrey.

Was quoted 1 hr 30 for the service but it ended up taking over 3 hrs. All that was done was an oil change and tire rotation. Was not even notified that I was gonna take longer than expected. Absolutely ridiculous.

Trevor was phenomenal to say the least. It was my first time bringing my truck to Northridge Toyota, and he made the process absolutely seamless. He also had a good sense of humor and made me feel at ease with the whole process. Trevor will be one of the reasons to why I would continue bringing my truck to Northridge Toyota as there was a trust factor and I felt 100% confident and comfortable throughout the whole process of my truck being there.
