Asked me why my vehicle was recalled. Told him it should be in his records. I didn’t have my paperwork with me but Toyota should know why my vehicle was recalled. It takes too much time to check in even when you have an appointment. I had to get out of my car to get someone to check me in. Your folks are polite but we need prompt attention & service. Many owners have complained about how slow the service is…I was in Corporate Training business…..you need to train them to be efficient & get our results faster. Honestly, I would go somewhere else but you are down the street from where I live. Get mov in’ !

Northridge service is not acceptable. There is no honest, respectful service and since the costs are sky high service would have been the only thing that they could offer and it’s very much lacking. No need for call back.
