Heidy Buchanan needs immediate support with customer service. It is imperative that she understands how to be respectful and professional with every customer that walks into your delearship. Obviously, she is not happy with her job, she expresses this on how she talks to customer with a denigrating tone of voice and treating customers as if they are bothering her. She is very rude and unprofessional with customers and I need this claim to be addressed immediately. I am very certain that she hasn’t only treated us with disrespectful behavior, I am more than certain that there must be more customers that she has treated with this racist, disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. Customers deserve respect, and professionalism from staff the second we walked to a Toyota dealership whether is to buy or to request a service. When customers gave your team the chance to provide a service we expect the highest standards of service because my understanding from all Toyota advertisements that has been your theme. Unfortunately, Heidy Buchanan helped us today and for my future appointments I request for her not to help us please assign only competent staff to help Toyota customers. Heidy Buchanan needs to get another job because for this one at Toyota,she has NO RESPECT for it.

Mr. Johnson has helped me with Toyota services previously. He is personable, and attends to the business at hand in an efficient manner.

Heidi was very nice and professional. Easy to talk to. I was not happy at all with the outcome of results over which she had no control.

My appointment was for 2:15, but they didn’t check and take the car until around 2:35. That caused a significant delay for me.

Alex was very nice and polite. But he told me my car was ready and when I asked what I would be looking at my next visit I realized he hadn’t even looked at my paperwork where both air filters were in red and needs to be replaced. So I have an appointment tomorrow to come back and have those replaced. When Katy took care of my car I would get a call from her as soon as something needed to be fixed so I could have it all done the same day.

I waited outside too long ! like 18 minutes, and 5 cars that came after me went in to start the service . At the end it was a little over 2 hours for oil change . Next time I will try Toyota in Mission Valley .

I am very satisfied with the good treatment and a good costumer service that Joe **** gave me very professional if I have to thank anyone it is Joe **** for his good treatment and professionalism.

Joe was very professional, and I particularly liked the way he handled a customer who was kinda in my space while the paperwork was being handled (nothing off charts, just a polite “sorry sir, she will need some space). It was just such a kind gesture. Besides that, Joe explained what my car might need in the future and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my visit to the dealership today.

I recently brought in my 2024 Toyota Camry for maintenance service, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. They explained everything clearly and completed the service in a timely manner. My car is running great, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you for a smooth and positive experience!
