Service was quick, it is good. But I don’t like, that I don’t have much options to drop car so early or late from my appointment. I don’t like that my car was parked on the side between two cars. Maybe it is LA. I am from Sacramento, Roseville Toyota way more better service. You guys can learn from them. Thank you for service. Jeff was great and communicative. The only thing was he said one of my spark plugs wasn’t covered on my extended warranty when it was and I had to call my insurance carrier and the part was actually covered. So I had to call back. End of the day my truck got fixed and Jeff went over and above to make sure everything worked out. Jeff was great and I have no complaints besides not knowing my coverage on my policy. I’ll be back because you guys have been great from the jump.
