Very dissatisfied. I had no visit to your dealership, spoke to 2 separate people mentioning that my truck was not scheduled for service & that I had an issue with your service department at the end of last year as well because someone had improperly inputted that a service was done under my vehicles VIN which led to me not being able to have my vehicle serviced until I jumped through hoops leading to me only being able to have a manager oversee the issue but apparently never actually corrected it. So now I once again have to spend my time attempting to fix your service members mistake and make sure I am able to actually service my truck when needed and contact my insurance to make them aware that the mileage and other information on my vehicle is up to date because of last times issue.
