Jeffrey was super awesome to work with. He saw that I was not in a good way my last visit and he has won back my loyalty. He was very respectful in the way he conducted himself, helped me get a technician to ride with me so I could have them experience the buzz first hand, and got everything buttoned up the same day.
Jeff also connected me with some folks who then helped me trade that truck (2021) for a new one (2025). It all worked out great.

Never had an oil leak…not even this morning before my visit to Northridge Toyota for a “Safety Recall”. There is now oil under my car on my cement driveway for the first time since I’ve owned this car!! I will bring my car into my mechanic to see how this all of a sudden happened. Not happy about this!
