Jeff was great and communicative. The only thing was he said one of my spark plugs wasn’t covered on my extended warranty when it was and I had to call my insurance carrier and the part was actually covered. So I had to call back. End of the day my truck got fixed and Jeff went over and above to make sure everything worked out. Jeff was great and I have no complaints besides not knowing my coverage on my policy. I’ll be back because you guys have been great from the jump.

Asked me why my vehicle was recalled. Told him it should be in his records. I didn’t have my paperwork with me but Toyota should know why my vehicle was recalled. It takes too much time to check in even when you have an appointment. I had to get out of my car to get someone to check me in. Your folks are polite but we need prompt attention & service. Many owners have complained about how slow the service is…I was in Corporate Training business…..you need to train them to be efficient & get our results faster. Honestly, I would go somewhere else but you are down the street from where I live. Get mov in’ !
