I was waiting for over 20 minutes to begin my service, even though I had an appointment.

I made an appointment and was there on time. 2 cars ahead of me waiting, which i didnt mind waiting because they were ahead of me. Sat inside my car for 21 minutes and another car came behind me. A lady came right away to entertain her and a gentleman came to pull her car into the service area. Leaving us 3 people who was there earlier without explanation.That was not nice at all! I went inside and look for manager which happen to be not there that day, and another gentleman helped me. I was thankful to the guy outside who kept calling Trevor but couldnt be found. My thing is if a customer made an appointment i expected that the person assigned will not be sent for lunch or whatever knowing customer is coming. Second of all, if cars ahead from other cars for whatever reason , give us some explanation why? Why are you pulling that car first? When in fact we came first. Cant speak for the other 2 but i speak for myself.

Bunch of itemscharged even at low mileage. I requested the list of services required showing their prices- i was promised to have it but found out when i got home that it was not included in the bunch of papers i got. Maybe the list is not of toyota’s but just created by the agent

Alex was awesome. When I made my appointment and didn’t find Katy’s name, I was sad because she has been so awesome. I do look forward to working with Alex for my next visit. He was courteous, explained everything and even had me send a video so he could get to the bottom of why my car was shaking when I was braking. As customers, we know we have options on where we can service the issues the dealership/service finds. establishing trust and a repertoire with customers makes it easy to just have Toyota do the job.
