The service advisor did a great job , however i do not agree in how toyota of northridge handle his service department . During my visit , it was discovered that my vehicle had a flat tire , right away the service advisor suggested that a brand new tire needed to be purchased because according to your mechanics this tire was " unpatchable " . Of course i declined the offer and i proceed to take my vehicle to a well known tire service center that clearly remarked that the tire was patchable and that there was not risk associated . i understand that it is a business and a profit needs to be made , however is not right to lie to the customer about an issue that clearly has other more affordable options . This is not the right way to conduct business .
