I’ve been a loyal Toyota customer for over 13-14 years, and every time I visit, I’m reminded why I continue to choose Toyota. Today, I took my car in for service, and I had an outstanding experience thanks to one of their amazing staff members.
She was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her attention to detail and the organized way she handled everything truly impressed me. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only great at their job but also makes the customer feel valued and respected.
Thank you, Toyota, for consistently providing excellent service and for having such dedicated employees. This is exactly why I’ve trusted Toyota for so many years, and I’ll continue to do so in the future.

At the advise of Trevor, I went to an Auto Parts Store to purchase a new replacement air filter. Because there was a question as to which type of air filter to purchase, we went to the parking lot to inspect the current air filter. Upon lifting the hold we immediately noticd some paper towels, etc. stuffed into an area behind the filter area that was clearly visible. The auto parts store employee noticed some squirrel fecies underneath. I don’t quite understand how someone who made an inspection and topped of fluids didn’t notice or just ignored the paper towels, etc. that could have caught fire. Trevor was great and the service was quicker than it had been in the past (usually 2 hours +) for a tire rotation and inspection service appointment.

Service advisors should know what is and what is not covered with warranty. Telling my wife who dropped off the car that the Srs malfunction is not covered because its past 36 month. I had to be the one who tells him that it should be covered under the Restraints system warranty over the phone. The problem was eventually fixed and airbag replaced, but it seems like the shop doesnt like to do warranty work, always scaring us with a diagnostic fee.
Another thing is that the system lets u pick an appt time and when we come to drop off the service advisor is always on lunch and someone else has to assist…
Overall, experience is decent but needs to be better for “complete” satisfaction…
